Where we deliver
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Order processing
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 7:00 p.m. CST (UTC−06:00) on a business day count that day as the first handling day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays start handling on the next business day.
Our cutoff time
The cutoff is 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year. It does not move with daylight saving time.
Transit and estimated delivery
Standard transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Adding handling and transit gives an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable first handling day. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruptions, weather, and holidays can affect delivery.
Shipping cost and tax
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. Checkout shows shipping at $0.00 and tax at $0.00. A zero tax charge does not mean that the products are legally tax-exempt.
