30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Email support@orendai.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Please obtain authorization before sending an item back. Our customer support team will provide return instructions and confirm the return address: 120 Elmwood Ave N, Waterville, NY 13480, United States.
Return shipping costs
If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us for instructions before purchasing return postage. If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us understand what happened. An item damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly sent is reviewed according to the issue reported. The unused, original-condition, and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these problems.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we also cover applicable return shipping costs. If a return needs further information, we will explain what is needed.
